Bobbie's background prior to speaking was in nursing. Bobbie holds both a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

From her life experiences, Bobbie learned that many people are in pain, both physically and emotionally. -Pain based in fear of change, of loss of security, trouble with relationships, parenting, health and work.
